Sir, Whether the said property is self acquired one? i.e your maternal grandfather bought the same with his own money? or whether he devolved from ancestors? these details are very important and if the said property is self acquired one any will has been constituted by your maternal grandfather?. If you are hindu,as per hindu succession act,in ancestral property,you have share.when his sisters got married. You can get death certificate and legal heirship certificate of all and file petition to change patta. And also you can file a partition suit for your rightful share.

It depends upon when your maternal grandfather died, if he died before 2005 you may even not have a share. However, if he died after 2005, you may file a partition suit and also seek mesne profits....
