Procedure in case received summons for unauthorised construction

Two rooms with asbestor roofing on 4th floor in Khirki Extension. I have been summoned in Saket court. I want to know should I plead guilty or not . If I plead guilty then what will be the charges and if I do not then what will be the charges. What I should do please help as my hearing is on Monday 13/11/17.
You are advised to attend the court proceedings and contest the case, plead guilty is not a solution for this case. you can hire any lawyer for your case and continue court proceedings.
