it is very clear from your statement that all the properties stands in the name of your grand father.

Your father just acted as Guardian for other brothers and sisters so all the legal heirs of your grand father will have absolute equal share in the property.

However you can file suit for payment of any expenses incurred by your father for their education and marriage. Oral evidence also will be appreciated before the court of law.

All children will get equal share of your grand father. The money which your father spent for his siblings education and spent for other things cannot claim, unless there is a documentary proof. It must have done with love and affection. You can any time contact me if you have any doubts.
