Dear client,
If a person dies with out making a will. Then every successors have a equal rights to the property . And if they want to transfer to his share then they have to complete right to give away his property the way they wants by executing a gift deed or other way. As per section 122 of the Transfer of property act 1882. A gift must be given voluntarily and with out consideration where the donee must accept the property.

Yes it is possible if a specific will has been made for giving to property to specific son and if no will is there then the indian succession act will lie and if you want the property to only one specific person then you have to take NO Objection from the another son that he does not want any property if he doesnt give NO objection then property will divide equally under law.
