Precautions needs to be taken before and after execution of MOU

there are 2 different firms who is planning to execute MOU i would like to know what precautions shall be taken before execution and after execution of the said MOU incase of any circumstantial issues or any disputes among the partners takes place and what if the issues arise during the course of the execution of the said MOU what all precaution shall be taken to carry the execution smoothly and fairly kindly revert

Keep the scope of work clear. Keep the Jurisdiction clause arising out of any disputes to be convenient to both the parties. You can also keep arbitration clause. There needs to be a clear distinction of Commercial terms and conditions. You can also specify the period till which the partnership will be in existence. The other option is Limited Liability Partnership.
