95 percent payment made corporate builder sale deed executed which is unilateral or one-sided Rera registered And possession is still not given with CC after 24 years of delay Lodged legal case for deficiency in service and unfair rease practice but no action even though open and shut case
Is there any order in the case filled by u by any competent court /consumer/Rera forum .If the order is not complied u can get it executed in a proper manner. At the same time initiate criminal proceedings against the builder by filling a criminal complaint case .
