Possession letter & completion certificate

I purchased flat last 6 years ago in RERA permission. As per commitment they didn't give us possession letter or complation certificate. But builder allow me to stay owne flat. Now I asking them to give documents but builder are not responding me. Now what should I have to do?
Well, if you have not got the Completion Certificate or Occupancy Certificate yet, then, it means that, you are living in an illegal flat and in an illegal building, then, in such a case, you can drag the Builder to RERA or to the Civil Court to seek refund from him of whole investment made by you along with interest.
