Please advise me in the title suit of a property

Hi , our family is holding a property purchased by our grand parents , however registration of the deed was not done , we own chowkidhari receipt and a sada sale deed which is around 70 years old(approx ) can court grant us the right over the property ?? if not what additional doc can help to claim the property. currently our family has the possession on land which is around 70 years of possession.

As per the law of India you have right to claim the property for adverse possession and also you can file a civil suit for declaration of right, title and interest over such property on the basis of the Sada Sale deed. If you provide me Sada Deed then I can assist you better...

Proving the document of over 70 years old is difficult. Further, transfer by unregistered document of immovable property of value above Rs. 100/- is illegal. Be in your property and try to occasion registration of purchase deed asap.
