मेरे पिताजी बसन्त केवट की मृत्यु के बाद उनकी प्राइवेट कंपनी में ₹1,45,000 का फाइनल सेटलमेंट बकाया है। कंपनी में कोई नॉमिनी दर्ज नहीं है, इसलिए HR पैसे देने के लिए 'सक्सेशन सर्टिफिकेट' मांग रहा है। मेरे पास परिवार के अन्य सभी कानूनी वारिसों की लिखित सहमति (NOC) उपलब्ध है। कृपया मुझे कंपनी के HR को देने के लिए एक 'इंडेम्निटी बॉन्ड' (Indemnity Bond) का सही कानूनी ड्राफ्ट/फॉर्मेट तैयार करके दें।"
If the company has asked for a Succession Certificate or an Indemnity Bond, and you already have written No Objection Certificates (NOCs) from all the other legal heirs, an Indemnity Bond can be drafted and submitted in the prescribed format. The bond generally states that if any third party raises a claim over the settlement amount in the future, the person executing the bond will indemnify and keep the company harmless against any loss or legal liability. Along with the Indemnity Bond, submit the death certificate, identity proofs of the legal heirs, NOCs, and any other documents required by the HR department. However, if the company's internal policy specifically mandates a Succession Certificate, you will have to obtain and submit the same. A properly drafted Indemnity Bond can be prepared as per the company's requirements.

आपके पिताजी कि जब मृत्यु हुई थी तब उनके पीएफ अकाउंट में कोई नॉमिनी था या नहीं था प्रथम प्रश्न तो यह है द्वितीय के बिना सक्सेशन सर्टिफिकेट के पीएफ नहीं निकलेगा। सक्सेशन सर्टिफिकेट के लिए आपको सिविल कोर्ट आना पड़ेगा जिसका एक मुकदमा दाखिल होता है और कुछ कोर्ट फीस जमा होती इसके बाद ही आपको मिल सकती है
