Percentage of Booking Amount Forfeighted

Can a builder forfeight an amount to the tune of Rs 62lacs as part of Booking amount(which is more than 20% Cost of Property) ,although it is part of the BBA signed?( The BBA itself is unfair)
Hi,
You should approach the consumer court for the act of the builder,
You will have to prove that you didn’t had the complete knowledge about the forfeiture of the amount clause , further the builder didn’t suffer losses because of this act.
