Partiton between me, my brother and sister

My father died before making a will... Now my sister is asking more thaan what she had bargained before.. In every sitting he keeps on adding the list in her name... Though when my dad was alive , my mom and dad paid for her medical PG (1.5cr) and later more than 50lk in cash, now we are giving her land, site and cash but still she not signing release deed.. What can we do. Pls advice .. Thank u

If what you are offering to her it is less than one third (what she is legally entitled to ) aapka assets left to behind by your parents then do better file for partition in court itself. however if what she is asking is not more than one third, you have to yield to her.

Hello, daughter’s right in the property of father is clear. In the father's property after he died without making any will then all legal hairs is co partners and all are having equal right in the shares and your sister is also having equal right in the property of your father so you can't force her to sign the release date it can only be done based on her wish and will after the negotiation otherwise you have to go for partition among your sibling as per rule.
