Partition suit to get a share to daughter of expired son

Mother has a self acquired property and 3 sons. Middle son expired in 2018 and has one daughter. Recently her wife got married to someone. Post that 2 sons orally promised to pay 10 lakhs each to that daughter and gifted from mother her 3 storied building unconditionally. Since no money is received yet, can mother file partition suit to get daughter of expired son her share in the property?
if that daughter is still a minor her mother can file partition suit as guardian of her daughter from the expired husband. if the daughter is image she herself can file for sher share . she need not issue any notice to those two sons. matter of the three storied building gifted is not clear.

The question is not clear recently her wife got married ??? means who ?? who is her wife. If it is gift deed then how the question of money arises to give. So please send the clear questions as question is not clear am not able to answer sorry
