Partition of the property according to the registered Will

The first thing that you need to do is to make a probate of a will and if a probate is made already then you will have to get it partitioned as per what is written in the probate and if you have not received the probate yet then first you to apply for the probate and then partition the property

As a routine process upon death of a person, his properties get devolved as per Testamentary deposition or as per the Succession law, at the first stage. Necessary process regards the same is to be done as per law/ or by way of a registered Family Arrangement or Deed. To get a Will operative you have to get the probate done first and then seek the separation vide a proper document. Thereafter an appropriate steps have to be taken towards name change and revision of revenue records / plans in case of land.
