Parking space given by builder which is not approved according to plan

The builder should get building plan revised from Biilding plan authority in which the same must be shown as parking space. It is responsibility of the builder to provide parking facility to flat purchaser. So please ask builder to get building plan revised by showing parking space. Else you may file complaint aginst the builder in Consumer Forum.

Hi,
OC is an Occupation Certificate which authorises a person to occupy the enclosed structure. Kindly let me know what type of parking space he has provided you? (Private Garage, Stilt Parking, Open Parking space). With respect to the former parking spaces, the plan submitted to Municipal Authorities should contain those parking spaces and OC should be granted for the same. With respect to open parking spaces, there need not be any mention in the plan, at empty spaces you can park your car, however, it shall be regulated later on bye the society and the open parking space allotted to you shall be identifiable. You can obtain a written letter from the builder allotting you such parking space.

Dear Client,
something which is not approved in not acceptable and cannot be correct, such things can be objected by the other members of the building who can very well raise objection to your parking space.
