parking issue in society due to unauthorised construcion at ground flo

Hi I have builder flat in south Delhi Lal Dora Devli society which have 24 flats, I have a registry and Nationalized Bank Home loan. Building have 2 stair case and each stair shared 12, 12 flats blocks A &B.
Builder have mention common parking in all 24 registries and made parking below the block B only.
Below the A block space of parking he made 3 flats which is not part of the sanctioned MAP of MCD.
till now we all 24 occupants were using the same common parking slot from last 12 years, now the block B occupants are saying this parking is only for Block B and A block have no right here they should park below their flats only where already have flats `and sent us a legal notice,.
So what are the possibilities ?
can we approach MCD for demolished 3 G/F flats which is not part of sanctioned MAP of MCD ?
Can we file suit against builder in consumer court ?
Our B block neighbors can also be a party ?

Hi,
First of all you should immediately file an appropriate reply to the legal notice received. Thereafter if they dont comply you may file a suit for injunction against the persons who are restraining you from parking the vehicles.
