Paid charges for parking space but not mentioned in the agreement

Hi I have purchased a basement parking while booking flat. But number of parking is not mentioned in Agreement for Sale. Agreement is already registered. While booking of flat, builder said we have all the payment details so will allot your parking at the time of possession. Now when I am taking possession, builder saying Parking is not mentioned in agreement so I can not allot you parking. But at the same time agrees that I have paid for parking as per his Booking form details. Please guide me and suggest a way out so that I can have my parking allotted and mentioned in the agreement so that there wont be any issue in future related to parking.
Sirji. What is written in agreement. Had u paid more then agreement. If yes then give a simple notice to the builder from an advocate and copy to Rera. Builder will sent u reply of notice and clerify u why he took more excess money from u. If he not reply then continue u matter through advocate at rera and file civil suit against builder in my opinion

Parking facility compulsory for every new building & construction but legally parking is the right of purchaser. Builder must avail a space free of cost as well as allotment of parking is essential. You issue him demand notice then file a case
