'P' number Agricultural land RTC misused

Respected Sir,
My grandmother purchased a granted land from her relative in the year 1941 till 2007 RTC is available on online and my grandmother passed away in the year 1976,
In the year 2007 another woman who alive having same name of my grandmother having land in the same gomala survey number utilised my grandmother digital RTC for the phodi mutation of her land hence my grandmother 'P' number RTC is deleted,
Please advice how to regularise the deleted RTC on bhoomi & how to pay the tax
I understand your questions so your grand mother name is deleted in the RTC you have to apprich the panchayath office in your property juridiction then you aproch the Thashildar will give the letter to them then also they not make a correction of RTC you should take endorcement from Tahashildar then you will file R A case at A. C court and get order from your faver you can chainge the RTC in your grand ma name this is the procedure
