Ownership of propety after death of both parents

Hi, wanted to know what is the law in Maharashtra regards to ownership of property by two siblings after death of parents. Is co-ownership possible in Maharastra and do we need a succession certificate?

yes if there is not a will made by your parent then definately you both need to go ahead to get succession certificate or legal heriship certificate and accoridngly once an order is ontained you can get the property transferred in your names equally

Hello Adv Minakshi Ovhal here whatever property left by your parents. all kids have equal right. heir ship certificate for immovable property and succession certificate for movable property. can you provide me details information. you can call me Thank you.
