Owner getting summon for property sold by unknown illegally.

My moms land has been sold off by an unknown person and also registration signed by some imposter. We came to know of it accidentally and immediately lodged a police complaint. Now after 6months my mom received summons from Hyderabad high court that she had sold the land and immediately tried to cancel it. Please advise what to do now and whom to approach. We are not financially stable and cannot bear lawyer fees. Please advise

In this regard if your mother has not executed sale deed then she can file a case against the person who has impersonated and as you say you don't have money then you can approach the court will appoint a free legal service advocate to defend your case

you need to file a suit for declaration stating that said land was yours and seek the court for cancellation of document and you need to defend the case by engaging a counsel in court from you received summons
