Q: Owner getting summon for property sold by unknown illegally.
My moms land has been sold off by an unknown person and also registration signed by some imposter. We came to know of it accidentally and immediately lodged a police complaint. Now after 6months my mom received summons from Hyderabad high court that she had sold the land and immediately tried to cancel it. Please advise what to do now and whom to approach. We are not financially stable and cannot bear lawyer fees. Please advise

As per the details above, your mother's property was sold without her knowledge and you filed a police complaint and suit for cancellation of sale deed. since, you cannot afford to pay fees to lawyer, your mother can approach the Legal Services authority and apply for fees waiver and free legal aid and contest the case with the help of advocate provided by the court.
Q: Wants to claim share in grandfather property which was given to uncle
Grandfather's property after he died with no will for his property, grandmother gifted to her younger son after her elder son death. Now am the son of her elder son, how can i claim for my grandfather's property.

As per the information provided by your, your grandfather died intestate, without executing any will, so his property shall devolve equally in favour of your grandmother and her sons. So your father's share is 1/3 out of the total property. If your father predeceased your grandfather, children of your father, i.e, you and your siblings will become shareholders of your father's extent. Your grandmother cannot gift the entire property to her younger son. She can gift her share of property only, i.e., her 1/3 share. You are entitled to claim for your 1/3 share in the total property. you can file a partition suit seeking partition of joint family property which is in possession of your uncle .
