On this ground, whether the candidate must be allowed public employmen

A candidate was recruited by a public sector company. When document verification was being done, it was revealed by the candidate that he had a criminal case pending against him under s.341, 323, 294 IPC. Investigating officer has submitted chargesheet with charges levelled against the candidate and the matter is pending in the competent On this ground, whether the candidate must be allowed public employment or whether his candidature must be rejected?
