Offer of possession of deen Dayal yojna plot without getting CC

The builder is asking me all dues on offer of possession of a plot in Deen Dayal yojna and is able to get the plot registered in my name by conveyance deed but concern is there is no completion certificate of the plot. With no CC what difficulties I may face in future after registration of plot. Because if we don't accept offer of possession and pay all dues and get conveyance deed done , the developer has right to charge heavy interest and fines and even withdraw allotment. Pl help.

I am afraid that the information seems to be incorrect. There is no requirement of CC in case of plot. It’s needed only in case of construction. If it is a plot, the ask of payment doesn’t seem to be illegal. However, if construction s involved, CC is needed. Feel free to contact us to discuss in details.
