Me and my own a flat in Gurgaon, We both are US Citizen living USA.
We want to sell this property. We are unable to travel to India right now.
Can we send a Power of Attorney to one of my friend in India to handle the sale?
yes you execute a special power of attorney in favour of your friends and get it attested by the Indian embassy in USA , then it will be considered as a valid document and your friend can thereafter sell the property on your behalf
