As There is a registered agreement between the landlord and tenet, the period of agreement is also fixed and the terms and conditions of the agreement have been agreed by both the parties.
You have made expenses for infrastructure and have been paying some amount as rent to the landlord taking into consideration the factual possion.
Possible remedy is to filed the suit against the landlord not to forcefully dispossessed the tenet and ask for permanent injunction.

hello, from the information provided by you it seems that owner wants you to vacate the shop but you can reply to the notice and request your owner for time limit or else can also ask him to pay you for all the infrastructure you made in the shop as he is violating the terms of an agreement which is a registered document, but it also depends on the clauses mentioned in the said agreement.
