Notary for POA execution in USA

Sir my son is in USA and he wants to execute POA for sale of property in India. Is notary signature required for executing POA in USA? I want your guidance.
he can get a notary executed in USA which is attested signed by the Indian consulate at his place and then he has to send it across to you and here it needs to be adjudicated then it becomes valid as a power of attorney in India

sir he has to execute the POA at the USA Indian embassy and send it to India here the required stamp duty is to be paid in the stamp and registration office and notaris it, thereafter the POA can be used for selling the property.
