Not Included In Mothers Will ?

After my father died my mother and elder brother sold his ancestral property and bought new property in which i ,elder and my mother are three equal share partner and undivided...ow my mother is not including me in her will after her death she is giving her share to elder brother ...what can i do, can i challenge the will?

Immediately file suit for partition and permanent injunction to obviate unlawful injury to your property rights. Since, property in hand is said to be ancestral, she doesn't have any right to execute any will of property in question. collect all details and proofs regarding previous and present transactions. Early action will save your future agony.
