Not getting deposit back from landlord though having registered agreem

We're living in a rented flat which we vacated without taking deposit from landlord. We've registered agreement copy. Now the landlord is not returning entire deposit amount & deducting some amount for various reasons which are invalid. These things were not a part of the agreement also

in this matter the effective advice can be given after perusal of the agreement which is taken place between you and landlord copy of the agreement on the WhatsApp number the WhatsApp number is your profile

You may issue notice demanding the amount. further it must be registered agreemnt. and ask reply whatbkond of deduction from thevdeposite if he failed you may file suit for recovery of amount.

Ans:- why did you leave in the first place without taking your security deposit.
also was the agreement previously not registered and that it has come to be registered.
why is the agreement registered now?
