Non payment of maintenance charges by one flat occupant

A 3storyed Apartment in Pragatinagar with 5 occupants.One flat owner (lady) is not paying maintenance charges of 600 since a year. The Apartment is registered one.The lady is troublesome and is criminal minded.she is having some issues with the Builder. but she is playing mischiefs one or other and tenants are put to trouble. viz.,she built water tank inside the appartment. New pipes laid for fixing have been cut and destroyed. Apartment office room is rented by her without knowledge of managing committee and has no powers to doso.She isnot d memberof theAssociation.Pl advise course ofaction

you can ask for the interim direction in that suit restraining her not to interfere in the affairs of the association and ask for arrears of maintenance charges.
you can claim damages from the court by filing petition against her for the damages she made to the other residents.
