I am the 2nd co applicant in joint loan from HDFC Bank As my husband being the 1 st applicant did not paid any installment. All the installment are settelled by me being an 2nd co applicant. Now due to dispute between us we are living separately. He is not giving me any document like adhar card etc... Now the question is how can I have NOC AND REGISTRY PAPERS FROM BANK AS I HAVE PAID ALL INSTALLMENTS .PLEASE GUIDE

Need to understand the status of Loan Account. Whether all the instalments have been paid.

Being a co applicant in a loan does not take away your entire right over the property because you had paid all the instalments and it is registered in your name.

You need to immediately make a representation before the Bank asking for original of your documents.

May I know what all documents are within your husbands possession. Since Bank will only give NOC and documents once everything is settled.

Madam, if you have paid all the Bank EMIs and have proofed of all paid EMIs.
In such situation, visit the bank and request for NOC due to NOC is necessary for ownership of land. The bank may send the NOC to by post or Email.
pls contact for further consultation.
