Next step to take possession of property

We have won the property case in high court Bangalore. The opponent challenged the high court judgement in supreme court.nThis case in the supreme court was dismissed in 2019.nSo will the high court order stands in our favour. Can we take possession of our house and what is the process. Please guide.

For taking possession you have to file a execution petition and get issued a possession warrant after which the court will through it's process hand over the possession to you, so not to wait and file a petition of execution.

first i want see what kind of order you got in High court and once they gone for appeal on High court order to suprem court and same is dismissed than high court order stands and with police help you go to possession...once i want see the high court order
