Neighbour not getting his bathroom leakeage fixed

My Neighbour is not getting his bathroom leakage fixed from last 6 years due to which my house is getting spoiled. What legal procedure I can follow to get this repair done. Police is not taking my complaint unless i fight with him.

In this situation you should approach the civil court of appropriate jurisdiction against your neighbor and you should file a suit for mandatory injunction against him praying to court for a direction to your neighbor for getting the leakage repaired.
