Q: Neighbour not getting his bathroom leakeage fixed

My Neighbour is not getting his bathroom leakage fixed from last 6 years due to which my house is getting spoiled. What legal procedure I can follow to get this repair done. Police is not taking my complaint unless i fight with him.

First of all please file a complaint against him. than if police will not take action than we will file the complaints him with different different authorities. All you have to do is file your complaint first in your near by police station by taking the help of a lawyer

Q: Property transfer thru gift deed

We have a residential land/house in Huda Sector where me and my brother are living since last 30 years. There are 3 owners of house - myself, my brother and our mother. Our mother passed away 5 years back without leaving any will. Now my brother wants to gift his share of land(33%) to me. But, our sisters won't give NOC (they are legal heirs in our mother's share) Can my brother still do a gift deed of his part of land to me? I understand HUDA mutation/transfer might be difficult.

Q: Vehicle Transfer issue and challan

Hello Sir,I purchased a bike with Noc but I could not transfer to my name and then I sale to somebody without any letter and he told that I will transfer to my name but it is not transferred yet but challan is being issued on the vehicles Number and I am getting notifications. How will I escape it permanently as My mobile Number is registered somewhere as I am getting notifications. Recently got a challan which is more than the value of bike.Pls advise how to resolve this permanently.

Please let me know the State in which bike is registered. or you can go to concerned RTA authority to change your phone number. The clerk change your phone number by taking government fees than you can change your number there

Q: Challan settlement in Lok Adalat Gurgaon

I recently received a challan for my scooty in Gurgaon and would like to settle it through the Lok Adalat. Could you please guide me on the process to follow in Gurgaon to settle this matter on my own? Is the token generated online like in Delhi or the process is entirely different?

you can directly pay your challan in lok Adalat. in panipat there is no token type things all you have to do is just put the file before presiding officer of lok Adalat by contacting ahlmad of the court
