Neighbors are doing illegal construction without permission

My neighbors are doing illegal construction without permission. They have permission for only G+1 house but are constructing G+3 house. I want to understand how to file a writ petition in high court to stop that. What will be the cost of filing such a petition.
hi first you should make an representation to municipal authorities asking them to take action on unauthorised construction but you should satisfy that how would that construction affect you anf the cost of filing writ petition is Rs 25,000

you can file a writ petition in the highcourt restraining your neighbour from making illegal construction. you have to file your wp making Ghmc and your. neighbour as parties . cost of wp will be Advocate fee and court expenditure.
