Neighbor forcibly constructed compounded wall at my place

Hi, I brought land in ongole couple of years ago. Now my neighboring plot guy put compound wall in my place (3ft inside my land). I am not staying in AP. Plz help me to get out of this problem
You have two options:
1. You can file Civil case and obtain mandatory injunction to demolish the compound wall. But it will take long time. May be 3 to 4 years.
2. Another option is, if you have influence in the Police Department, file a criminal complaint of Criminal Tresspass Under Sec. 447 of IPC. This is easy and effective. If you are interested I can take up your case and I will visit your place and settle the matter. Within one or two months your problem will be solved.

Sir first you go and file a public complaint against them that he is encroaching into your property and has build up compound wall in your property if he does not helps false a case against him for encroaching
