I have perused the contents of your query and would advise you to issue a strongly worded legal notice to evict the premises failing which a suit for eviction would lie. Better particulars are required to advise you further.

Hello sir. I have perused your legal query. You can certainly send a legal notice demanding eviction within 30 days or less. In case he fails to acknowledge the notice, you may file a suit for eviction in a civil court. Please feel free to reach out to me in case you wish to discuss the matter in more detail.

You can send an eviction notice and give him 15 days time to vacate the property or in case she is not vacating the property, then to show cause as to his tenancy to the property. it usually takes 15 days for the eviction after the notice.
