Need advise for the residential and inherited property given by father

Hi, We are living with our father in the home which was distributed to him by his father(our grandfather).My father has four brothers and my father is younger one.He and the one elder brother was distributed with one house of 2 floor (Gf + Ff) each floor to both.Then same to the rest two brothers..ow we have built the 2 floors on this home (SF+ Four floor) and want to make papers of the these floors.But the one brothers denied to sign the paper and falsely claims that he has share too in this home.so we can't make papers.Now what can we do in this situation.

Hello sir. As long as you possess roof rights with the the 1st floor you do not need NoC from your father's brothers to get the newly constructed floors registered. Kindly reach out to me in case you wish to discuss the matter in more detail.

this is a matter of family diapute, u need to file suit for partition, injunction and declaration to claim your right as a respective share in the property, the valuation of the property will derive the court juridiction.
