Need advice on transfer of property ownership

Hello sir, Please give advoice We are 3 members ( 2 brother and 1 sister ) and the property which is now under the name of my parent ( mom and dad) now i want to become absolute owner of that property and for this no body have any kind of objection from my family members So please tell me the procedure for becoming obsulate owner of property.
your parents owns the proprty is self occupied, then they have absolute rights to dispose the property to any one your parents can gift the property to u by way of registered gift deed. by registered gift deed u become absolute owner of the property.
