My grandfather purchased a land 30 years back and made a house on it. We have the power of attorney for it, but don't have the papers for it. The house is constructed on a so called drain land. We have been paying house tax for the last 30 years too. What can we do about it?

as ur saying the your grand father purchased land 30 yesrs ago and contructedb the house. from 30 yrs ur paying house tax. you people hau power of attorny only no other documents you have in this matter u need to file case for decleration by the court in ur fevour gor title
