19-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
Sir a case was filed against my name as a party member in 2008. And a arrest warrant issued against my name in 2008. But I didn't go for bail since I joined defence service and unable to came and now that converted into NBW and local police is not giving the NBW copy till my arrest and what should I do as being a defense personal I am unable to attend the court hearing
Dear Concerned,
Without fail apply for Anticipatory Bail , and subsequently file Quashing of FIR in the concerned High Court in reference to the case that was filed mentioning all the facts of the case. It seems you have been falsely implicated at that time. Looks your current status may help for getting the FIR quashed.
Best of luck

hi u can contact me i will get a local counsel for u who will do ur work and get u relief...
Hire a lawyer immediately. Issuance of NBW against you can affect your job as well. You must take leave for Court proceedings which the Army allows. Contact a local lawyer, give full details of your case, he can find out the position of NBW. Appear before the Court and get your bail done.
