Sir my grandfather have four sons he divided his property in equal parts but one of my uncle do fraud in document and show that he will buy this property from my grandfather in 7 lakh rupees what will we do my grandfather died 20 years ago

Hello you can file civil suit for declaration and partition in the civil court if your grandfather died in estate without any WILL or transfer of property to your uncle. please also check whether the property was divided and partitioned by your grandfather through any family settlement.
