My share in my deceased fathers property transferred to brother in law

can I claim for share which my brother in law sale property of my late father in law after transferred his name without giving us our share, my husband is not agree with it can I claim behalf of my children (daughter,or son)

Yes, you can claim for share of your children if your father in-law is the owner of the property and didn't make any sale deed,gift deed or any will in favor of your brother in-law and incase if the property hasbeen sold or transferred to your brother in-law's without any partition then you can file suit for declaration and partition.
