How can I put Hold on my husbands property..so that I can make him stop to sell..as it's now been 15 years of our marriage and we have two kids..and he is a heavy drinker..got frustrated with his drinking habits..as nobody is important for him ..even his kids in front of this habit..right now I m at my mothers place with my kids..plz help me out .

Respected mam plz let me know does the property is acquired or earn or inherited by your husband if it is earned by your husband nobody can stop him from selling his earned property go for a maintenance or separation you and your kids will get a fair piece of share in the property
