My mother wants to transfer property in my (son) name, it my in hint name with her, I have a sister, she is married & having no objection, what should we do?
yes it can be possible your mother his property to your son and please mention diet what is the age of your mother and what is the age of your son what is the nature of the property and how many brothers and sisters do you have
your mother can make a registered will in your favour. secondly she can also transfer her property in your name by way of registered gift deed but for gift deed your mother has to pay the requisite stamp duty and other charges.
