My maternal grandmother was frauded by his own brother

my deceased maternal grandmother was frauded by her brother who died a couple of years back with her big brother's son nephew signing a gift deed of property of my maternal grandmother's property saying it was for some tax as she was illiterate she signed off the documents now can we proceed with the legal to encroach with property with my other as my mother is the only daughters of hers.

You are saying that she signed of the documentsas the suggested by her brother and May Day gift day to his son. But any immovable property to be transferred legally can be done only by executing a document before sub registrar. if you get the copy of the said gift deed l con tell if you can succeed.

I have gone through the query. I understood the complications as well. you can file a case or seek partition from the concerned person or you can send a legal notice for settlement with respect to amicably settling the matter, which also saves time. meanwhile we would like to know better, kindly furnish the relevant title deeds such as sale deed, mother deeds and other revenue documents
