My Lawyer not pressing for execution
02-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
My case in the NCDRC received the judgement order in my favour for refund with interest at 9 %. The appeal by OP in SC was rejected on the first hearing.
The judgement order and the subsequent EA is nearly 2 year old. But my lawyer is not supportive . He agreed for mediation without my consent and is forcing me to accept in mediation that I am not willing to. What options do I have ? I am worried that failed mediation will mean further delay especially when my lawyer is not supportive
