My grandma given property to my mom by will in 1997 because my father expired in 1984 we are four children two elder sister and two brothers both sisters are married nearby 1984 one is before 1984 and One. Is after nearby 1986 they have any right in this property because if father's expired before sep 2005 but in Case property is my mother's name she is expired in 2010 in this case both sisters are claiming the share
your conception relating to modification carried in September in Hindu succession Act factually incorrect. your mother is entitled to absolute ownership by virtue of WILL of your grandmother and as such if your mother has not left any WILL then all children are entitled equally to share the property in equal proportion so your sisters are rightly claiming right in the property to which they are entitled to.
