My Grand mother has sold the land with my father what to do

My Grand mother has sold the properties with my father now my fathers brother ( Uncle) is claiming can he make a case in court..pls help me

Is u your grand mother property self acquired clarify on this aspect and if it is ancestral property you being heirs you will be having right and one interest over the property in dispute... Even if it is self acquired your stand in case will sustain, you can proceed further for cancellation of alleged sale deed

yes , if the property is in the name of your grand father ,your father brother can file a case. your father brother will have right our the property . if any family settlement deed executed at that time your father brother can not file a case.

need details of the cases filed and the mode of execution and transactions took place in order to give correct advice as the property acquired by sale, gift or partition to be looked into and the advice would vary as per the facts
