My father's property that I want to give my sister

Hello,
Recently my father Passed away and now in property card there is my name, my mother and sister name. But now I don't want anything from my father's property and want give it to my mother and sister. So how will I able to do it. Do I need NOC or anything else. I have no idea.
you neeed to file a petition for succession certificate or legal heirship certfiicate in the court in the name of your mother and sister and you give noc in that and give away yours rights to your sister and mother so it will be legal
