My father transfered his self acquired property through a notery deed

My father purchased 4 and half acre land in 1971 , he transfered it to his brother through notery deed in 2000 but now his brother is not ready to give up half a portion so my father challenged in court what would be it's result? Please suggest

There is no such a document called notary deed. That may be a power of attorney through which he brother got the land transferred to his side. if that transaction was done as per Law than you may not suceed in Court, unless there is some document in favour of your father

First of all any property transfer cannot be done through a notary and its entire property is still the owner of the land. So you fight for this case and definitely win. Don't give any share to his brothers.
