My father has been absconded,how to transfer his heirship to my name

Hi Dear Sir/Madam My self Vittal My query is that,my father has been absconded since 23 years,there were no complaint registered in police station by my family and no advertising in Print media also. My father owns 3 acres agriculture land.How to transfer that heirship to either my name or to my mother. Kindly help Thanks and regards

He was absconded more then 7 years you Can get the death certificate by the court on your dad name. You must be need death certificate of yours dad. Then you can make a pavathi katha on your mother’s name. More details contact me thank you.

Without verification difficult to give how to transfer the property to the name of legal heirs name. I want to clear whether it is self acquired property or ancestral property. If you are interested please contact me to furthur advice.
